Happy New Year y’all. I know what you are thinking, “New Year, New Me… and bla”. But not so much in my case. It’s still as cold as it was last year, I am still loving the faux fur trend (just calling it “Shearling Vest” this time..), and I still hate flatforms. Oops, no.. I din’t just say that, let’s come back to the things we love.

If the Faux Fur Vest is simply not your shot of tequila, I have a good news for you. The fashion industry is just too kind to make the Faux Shearling Vest for us. This furry topper is made for the every day casual and street style look. My favorite part of this Shearling Vest is it’s leather and fur combination. Pair it with leather boots, and it creates a perfect 70’s inspired (or a cowgirl) ensemble. Like all the other fur pieces, even this one is pretty versatile for layering-up situations and easy to style with shirts or light sweater for not-so-cold-days, like I did here:
