Nothing screams out louder than the polka dots and the trumpet bell sleeves that 80’s are back and it’s here to stay, does it?! And it’s a total win when it’s so perfectly blended into a Spring dress with a loose cocoon fitting style. These were ditto my thoughts when I found this dress. As I have mentioned for the grand total of hundred times before, I am a huge admirer of anything and everything loose fitting. Well, for the obvious reasons that it makes me look thinner (no need to tuck in that belly.. pheww!), it’s darn comfortable, it’s totally on trend and for the most with weather starting to get warmer, it allows much needed air circulation (anyone with me on this one, anyone?!).
While styling this dress, I went all in with my color-blocking instincts, and centered it around that cute red buckle thingy on the sleeves. Following along those lines and keeping the color red as the pop color for the outfit, I paired it with my current favorite round red bag, those red ceramic earrings and the pink-popping shoes. The other way to style this could have been by wearing it with a waist belt for a more edgy and fitting look which I surely would be doing for some other day.

Such a cute look! I’m a huge fan of 1980s style, not to mention polka dots and round purses.
