Finally getting my fat
ass backside to write a blogpost. Instagram and Pinterest is all cool but traditional blogging still has my heart. Oh well, and my money as I just got a notification that my blog registration is auto renewed so might as well use it.
A lot has changed since the last time we met here. Yes, I am talking about the COVID times. But also at personal style level, I am somehow finding myself leaning more towards classic and simple pieces. I can not exactly tell if it’s COVID’s doing or if turning 30 does that to one. Either way, here’s some classic white tiered dress that I wore this weekend:
But seriously who would have thought that Masks will be the fashion statement of the year. No fashion shows and fashion future tellers predicted it but here we are. I like this simple black mask that I wore here because it also allows has extra pocket inside if you want to insert additional filtering.
Shifting gears back to this dress, it’s extremely comfortable to wear and fits me like it was made to my size (I am a size 8 or M for the reference). I also like that it has proper lining at the bottom to cover the sheerness. I kept it simple and styled with classic brown colored mules and layered gold chains which has become my new favorite thing (well, turns out I am a gold digger after all, haha!).
Oh, here’s one more outfit photo for no reason…
So how would you have styled this dress? Be sure to write in the comment section and inspire us with your styling tips.
